The mission of Abusua Foundation is to foster youth participation in governance and development issues in Ghana by building capacities and capabilities, and creating second chances.

Our vision is to create opportunities for young people (locally and internationally) to learn, share and develop skills necessary for personal growth and communal wealth.
Supporting us to perform our projects is a staff of 6 and a 9-member Board of Patrons, occupied by prominent individuals who are keen to direct the freshness, energy, and dynamism of the youth to causes of self-reliance and duty to mankind.
