
Simon
Simon Eyram Tsike-Sossah is the Executive Director of Abusua Foundation and hails from the Volta Region in Ghana. Simon holds a BA in Social Science (Geography and Sociology) from the University of Cape Coast and is currently working on his Masters in Development Studies, also at the University of Cape Coasts’ Centre for Development Studies (CDS). His background is in youth development, HIV/AIDS advocacy and Conflict Management/Peace and Security with empahsis on Youth. Simon is the Central Regional Representative and National Cordinator for the Ghana Youth Development Network (GYDN) which is headquarted in the Abusua Foundation Offices.

Victor Mensah
Victor Paa Kwesi Mensah is our Executive Advisor and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree from the University of Cape Coast. He is a Management Practitioner and currently the Programme Manager for Youth Enterprises and Sustainable Livelihoods (YESL) at the Commonwealth Youth Programme Regional Centre for Africa in Zambia. His work focuses on Youth Employment, Youth Entrepreneurship Development and Sustainable Livelihood Issues. Before joining the Commonwealth, Victor was the former General Secretary of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS), a Management Tutor at the Centre for Continuing Education of UCC and Human Resources Manager at Abusua Foundation and the head of the Foundation’s Capacity Development Centre (CDC).
EMMANUEL WOYOME, is the Programmes Director at Abusua Foundation. Emmanuel is also a Career Coach, Trainer, Author and a youth development advocate with specialisation in Career Guidance & Counselling, Youth Employment and Personal Development. Before joining Abusua Foundation, he was the Ag. Regional Manager of the Ghana Red Cross Society – Central Region. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies (Marketing) and has over nine (9) year experiences in Social Work and Youth Development. He is the author of “Career Choices”. He enjoys counselling, coaching, speaking, training and writing.

Ramzy Okyere
Ramzy Okyere is our Accounts Officer and originates from Gomoa Darhom in the Central Region, Ghana. Ramzy holds a Higher National Diploma and is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Commerce at the University of Cape Coast. Ramzy previously worked for three years for the University Primary School, Cape Coast and joined the Abusua Foundation in May 2010. He enjoys watching football and is dedicated to his work.
David Kojo Asamoah is the Project Associate for Abusua Sustainable Organic Farm. David holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences (Entomology and Wildlife) from the University of Cape Coast. He does the total management of the farm as means of developing the youth capacity through farming in Eguafo rural area in sustaining the livelihood of the youth. He is also managing a project on widows in cassava and maize production. David enjoys playing football and watching science related documentaries.
Saviour Komla Sobia Deikumah, our ACIPP Volunteer Coordinator and The Project Associate for Abusua CSI, holds a Bachelor of Commerce B.Com from the University of Cape Coast. He is an Entrepreneur and a Small Business Advisor. Saviour is a part 3 student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).He also aspires to become a Certified Tax Advisor. He is interested in microfinance, micro accounting and the provision of Organisational Development Services (ODS) for SMEs and start-up NGOs.

Famous Tetteh
Famous Tetteh is our house Security Officer. He watches the Abusua Foundation House and tends our small vegetable garden and chicken coop.

Fatima Yusif
Fatima Yusif is the Abusua Housekeeper. She cooks for staff and volunteers living in the Abusua Foundation House, and cleans all common areas. Fati is responsible for the running of the house, and holds a vocational diploma in catering and housekeeping.
